All the boring things with prepping went undocumented ;-) Here is the first coat of primer.
This is when the rivets holding front to sides has been put in place.
I tried using heated rivets and a rivet gund together with a home made bucking bar but it was to difficult getting everything in place before the rivet had cooled to much so we beafed up the bucking bar and used an ordinary hammer and punched them cold instead, and that left a really good tight result.
